General Summary
The successful candidate will implement and manage the quality product with an assigned product area. The company manufactures a fun product line that is used in the RV, marina and automotive industries.

Responsibilities
Provide Quality input and oversight during product development & qualification process, consistent with project goals & objectives.
Identify and record problems relating to product, process and quality system.
Develop and maintain Quality Documentation(s): Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA's, Control Plan's, Work Instructions, In-Process Check Sheets and other as required. Provide mentoring & oversight of these functions at supplier facilities as needed.
Implement, document and verify corrective actions to comply with company requirements (e.g. ISO 9001 / TS16949).
Manage supplier approvals consistent with principles of AIAG PPAP.
Provide effective customer contact/interface regarding quality issues and product launches.
Analyze rejects and returns to determine root cause of failure.
Ensure products meet customers' requirements and specifications.
Provide Quality Engineering oversight and management of suppliers and purchased parts.
Required Skills and Education
Bachelor's Degree in technical field required.
3 years (minimum) experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.
Experience with Automotive Customers and their quality systems preferred.
Experience with established, documented quality management systems such as ISO9001, TS16949.
Experience implementing and documenting formal corrective action processes: (eg. 8-D).
Experience in leading teams to conduct Root Cause Analysis on internal and external quality issues
Microsoft Office Capability: (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints including GD&T and other engineering specifications and requirements.
Proficiency in statistics
Knowledge of statistical techniques, TS16949, PFMEA's, Control Plans, APQP and PPAP
Systematic problem solving skills such as 8D, 7-Step
Create, maintain, analyze and evaluate quality metrics to determine where the most repetitive and costly quality issues exist
Requires approximately 30-40 % travel (mostly domestic)

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
