POSITION: FAMILY SUPPORT QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR
LOCATION: FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES
HOURS OF OPERATION: 7:00 A.M. 7:00 P.M., MONDAY THURSDAY
7:30 A.M. 5:30 P.M. FRIDAY & 7:30 A.M. 5:30 P.M. SOME SATURDAYS(ADDITIONAL HOURS AS REQUIRED)
STARTING SALARY RANGE: $30,000 $35,000
JOB DUTIES:
The Family Support Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for supervising, monitoring, and evaluating the Family Support Services Support team. The Supervisor is chiefly responsible for supporting and assisting the Family Support Services Manager with the overall maintenance of program databases, electronic transmittals, and report requirements.
SKILLS AND
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree required. Two years of supervisory experience. Three or more years of Human Services experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with strong mathematics aptitude.
Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated, attentive to detail, organized, productive, flexible, and dependable.
Ability to relate well with diverse personalities from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
High comfort level with public interaction.
When driving for CANI, the employee must have a valid Indiana drivers license and must maintain minimum auto insurance liability limits of $100,000/$300,000.
Must successfully complete Family Development Specialist training.
Manual dexterity and visual skills required.
Auditory and verbal skills required for communication with clients, staff and the public.
Work involving standing, sitting, bending.
Must be able to stand and sit for 45-minute intervals.
Must be able to move 40 pounds in all directions.
