Job Purpose Statement:
The RDC Cleaner is considered a special classification of Ice Cream Mover. The Cleaner position is not eligible to bid on other shifts or functions in the annual reselection process or any other internal lateral bids that may occur during the year.

Responsibilities:
Essential functions include, but are not limited to:-Full compliance of all FWOC & RDC work rules while maintaining personal safe work behaviors. -Support of a safe work environment by providing feedback and timely reporting of all safety related issues. -General sanitation and cleaning in all RDC Freezer areas. -Recoup and repacking of damaged product. -Maintain the repack area and provide accurate accounting. -Cleaning and filling of the RDC Dip-Station with authorized product. -The RDC Cleaner is responsible for the removal of cardboard and plastic from selection locations. -Responsible for keeping trash receptacles empty and accessible. -Inside and outside dock cleaning, ice removal, slot/floor sweeping and other duties assigned by management.
Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or GED
- Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem solving skills
- Ability to read and write legibly in English
- Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules. Work Environment
In this position, the employee will regularly work with and around others; in a cold environment; in areas of high noise level; and around mechanical, and electrical, equipment. The work is moderately-paced.
