Sr Systems Analyst

The Sr. Systems analyst will be part of the Web Applications team within IT Shared Services. It will be necessary to be agile and be able to support and enhance a variety of different systems and platforms. Some of the main technical responsibilities could include custom web development, support and creation of interfaces leveraging web services, support of COTS (3rd party software) applications, and support of SaaS solutions. Prior experience with an HRIS or ERP would be beneficial. One of the duties will be working with the HR system to make any necessary changes and updates driven by the business. Another responsibility will be Hyperion (HFM/Planning) support and administration.
Some of the interfaces work could involve pulling and transferring data between a variety of different platforms; including AS/400, SQL databases, Oracle databases, and SaaS Solutions. The main custom development platforms and languages utilized include C#, MVC, JQuery, SharePoint, TFS, XML, Java, web services, entity framework, and SQL.
This position will also be expected to work with our business customers to help turn business requirements into technical requirements. The Sr. Systems Analyst will learn and understand the business processes and make recommendations on how the needs can be accomplished through a technical solution. -Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field
5 or more years of experience
Object oriented programming experience, preferably C#, , Java and XML
Web design experience
SQL Server database design
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present ideas and solutions management
