Duties: Handle and advocate disputes with electric companies, cooperatives, municipalities, and other pole-owning utilities and with railroad management companies and railways. Support and participate in mediations and state and federal court and commission proceedings. Negotiate joint use, pole attachment, and conduit occupancy agreements and amendments with electric utilities. Negotiate licensing agreements for telecommunications service provider (CLEC) and cable television system operator (CATV) attachments to Frontier?s poles. Apply and review FCC and other complex pole-rent formulas. Negotiate and challenge railroad crossing and longitudinal licenses and agreements. Provide subject-matter expertise, training, and support on joint use, pole licensing, and railroad right-of-way issues. Assist regulatory, legal, and other internal clients on joint use, pole licensing, and railroad right-of-way issues.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
