Position Overview:
Our client is seeking RNs to work in various Med Surg floors.
Acute care unit handling infections, chronic disease complications, and comorbidities.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications, perform patient assessments, and provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting.
Utilize catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding skills to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
Document patient information accurately in EMR and EHR systems.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and respond to patient needs promptly and effectively.
Compensation and

Competitive pay with additional Flex and BSN premiums (if applicable).
Work 24-36 hours per week with flexible start times:
3a-3p, 7a-7p, 3p-3a, or 7p-7a.

Qualifications:
Diploma in nursing or ASN/BSN.
Valid Indiana RN license and CPR certification at start date.
