4K a year We are seeking a talented Video Content Creator to join our dynamic, award-winning Marketing team.
Master Spas stands as the largest swim spa manufacturer in the world, and the largest hot tub manufacture that builds our products in the USA.
We continue to grow and expand with the inclusion of Michael Phelps products, including the all-new Chilly GOAT Cold Tubs.
We are currently seeking to add a highly motivated individual to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
This position will join the Master Spas in-house marketing team, which is a fast-paced (yet fun) culture that includes graphic designers, web developers, copywriters, videographers, social media specialists, and photographers.
As a Social Media Video Content Creator, your goal would be to create impactful and engaging content for social media and marketing initiatives.
Your success will be measured by growing social followings, driving engagement, increasing leads and conversions, and maximizing revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Create Reels and videos for social media that engage the audience with good storytelling, hooks, and effective CTAs.
Edit existing RAW video file formats (Canon Raw, Blackmagic Raw, RED Raw, etc) to produce reels for social media.
Experience with color grading preferred.
Utilize research, data and analytics to drive performance-based decisions for content creation and marketing efforts.
Ensure best SEO practices for digital content produced.
Organize files, final videos, b roll, projects and archives.
Participation in photoshoots and content creation events.
Maintain tight schedules and deadlines.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and social media reels Familiar with InShot, Capcut, and multiple NLE DESIRED SKILLS AND TRAITS INCLUDE Conceptual strength needed & desired Detail and deadline oriented Strong organization and project management skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects, manage time Capability to work in a team environment, meet and collaborate with a variety of team members.
