Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across various platforms.
Create high-quality, visually appealing content (including but not limited to photos, videos, GIFs, and graphics) that resonates with our target audience.
Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages.
Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
Analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize content and strategy for maximum reach and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our social media presence.

Responsibilities:
Assisting with pet grooming events and promotions as needed.
Contributing ideas for product development based on customer feedback and market research.
Supporting other marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns or influencer partnerships, when necessary.
Day-to-Day Activities:
Brainstorming content ideas and concepts that resonate with pet owners.
Creating and editing visual assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
Engaging with followers and fostering a sense of community through comments, replies, and direct messages.
Monitoring social media trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
Analyzing performance data and preparing reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
How the Position Fits into the Organization:
As the Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you'll be an integral part of our marketing team, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across departments, including brand management, product development, and customer service, to ensure our social media efforts align with broader business goals and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Hard Skills:
Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.
g.
, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
).
Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools (e.
g.
, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with basic photography and videography techniques.
