ongoing. Seeking to add on one GI that can provide 7-14 days per month of coverage and is flexible with the specific dates that they will need.
Dates of Coverage:
ASAP and ongoing

Details/Requirements for Assignment :

Active Indiana license required or IMLC
Board Certification required
Clinic with night call, Monday - Friday
24 hour call Friday - Monday 6am
Inpatient procedures
Procedure days with potential clinic.
Trauma level II
