Qualifications & Skills:
Must have 2
years of CSR experience.
Call Center experience 1
yearsService Titan or home services industry experience (not necessary but a plus)Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including, MS Word, email and CMS is a plusEngage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and manage and provide solutionsExceptional interpersonal and rapport building skillsStrong written and verbal communicationStrong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skillsDetail oriented, consistent, adaptable, and accountableProficiency in problem analysis and problem solvingAbility to multitaskStrong attendanceBuild lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members
