Team Leader Job Responsibilities & DutiesResponsible for ensuring all teams within assigned location(s) are operating according tostandards and requirements, including safety.
Develop work instructions and train inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project.
Manage customer relationshipsServes as interim acting job leader when project supervisor is unavailableInspects partsLeads work of other team membersEnsures all team members have proper equipment, tools, and gauges; verifies thatequipment is signed outCommunicates with customer/job site contacts as needed on job requirementsCompletes required paperwork as needed for duration and completion of a projectCompletes required training classesFollows all employee policies and other duties as assigned Team Leader Job Qualifications & SkillsFlexibility and adaptabilityPositive attitude and self-motivatedDetail orientatedHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experience Pre-employment screening includes a criminal background checkAbout the Company:
