Overview:
Are you passionate about leading people, business processes, and accounts? As a Client Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for a Client Service team that delivers high quality, efficient service to both internal and external clients within a branch.
Reporting directly to the Client Service Director (with a strong dotted-line relationship to the Branch Manager), you will ensure goals and objectives support the Branch strategy.
Responsibilities:
Oversee team of Commercial Client Service Managers while managing a commercial book of businessWith a knowledge of industry standards, you will have a direct impact on business outcomes such as; improving client retention, client satisfaction, improving AJG's value to our clients and projects, achieving operating/margin targets, cultivating a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
Use technology as a tool to improve productivity and quality.
With strong written and interpersonal skills, you'll mentor a team of Client Service professionals through continuous learning, transparent feedback, and strong talent development.
Effectively project manage multiple competing priorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5
years client service and/or claims management experienceOR-High School degree/GED with 10
years client service and/or claims management experience.
1
years supervisory experience.
P&C LicenseNice to Have:
Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements.
Experience leading and managing teams (preferably within a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment.

Salary:
$23 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
