Sanko Gosei Technologies USA Sanko Gosei Technologies USA Fort Wayne, IN Fort Wayne, IN Full-time Full-time $24 - $30 an hour $24 - $30 an hour 6 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago Duties - Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers in a manufacturing environment - Ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained - Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency and productivity - Train and mentor production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively - Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to resolve any production issues or concerns - Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees - Maintain accurate production records and reports Experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing setting - Strong knowledge of production processes, including plastics injection molding and plastics extrusion - Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, to ensure product quality - Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation - Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed - Experience in assembling and fabricating products is preferred This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team.
