, Fort Wayne, IN 46815 SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE This person is responsible for processing member transactions and providing a variety of member services in an accurate, efficient, and courteous manner.
They are additionally responsible for promoting credit union products and services and maintaining proper control of assigned cash, correspondence transactions, and credit union documents.
QUALIFICATIONS Requires a well-organized individual who can portray a professional image regarding performance, appearance and attitude toward members, co-workers and management staff.
They must be able to balance consistently and keep proper control over cash drawer at all times, have the ability to complete transaction documentation, and be able to perform mathematical computation.
Applicants must have basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn credit union transaction processing systems.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Clear and effective communication abilities are required.
Candidates must be able to view a terminal screen and operate a computer keyboard.
This individual must be able to count accurately and quickly and be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods.
This position may require light lifting.
