Responsibilities:
An area manager oversees a portfolio of client accounts within a specific region.
Their functions include:
Supervision and support for all janitorial staff and supervisors in the area.
Special equipment retrieval and delivery.
Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality service.
Addressing concerns with the supervisors who report to the area manager.
Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction Overseeing the implementation of procedures and policies set in place by the Operations Manager.
Conducting interviews, trainings, disciplinary action, and terminations as needed Payroll management Inventory management Full time:
40 hours per week Weekdays, weekends as needed Primary hours will be morning shift:

00pm Some evening shift hours may be necessary:

00am Some overnight shift hours may be necessary:
