To help build our team and achieve our future goals, we are seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative for our Residential Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Residential Plumbing and Service Divisions located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
We are looking for a team member who can dispatch service calls, convey information and messages to service technicians and customers, verify work order information; including arrival times and priorities.
We are seeking candidates that can insure that contacts, phone numbers, directions and instructions are timely and correct on work orders, work with reschedules, assist service manager and supervisor in managing non-productive labor times:
including down-time, and travel time, can review daily schedule and is contact person for any reschedules, missed appointments and overview of daily service schedule.
Qualifications:
Excellent telephone and customer service skills Ability to work in difficult situations and occasional stressful environment Computer and Microsoft Office applications skills Excellent organizational skills Team player Prior dispatch experience a plus Provide administrative and clerical support for office, Service Dept.
staff and technicians.
Update and enter information into our service computer system and maintain office spreadsheets Answer multi-line telephone and directs calls to correct individual or department Professional attitude and appearance Cross train with our billing, contracts, and other office positions EOE, Competitive Pay, Great Benefits!
