Union Chapel Dentistry/Auburn Family Dentistry is seeking someone to be a part of our team as the Front Desk Assistant.
Duties Include but aren't Limited to:
Welcoming/Checking Patients Out Scheduling/Rescheduling/Canceling Appointments Verify Patients Insurance Eligibility Collect Payments for Services Delivered Efficiently and Accurately Answering Questions asked by Patients Employees are crossed trained for multiple positions in the office Qualifications Job Type:
Previous experience as a Front Office Associate, Dental Care Coordinator or as Dental Office Administrator will make you a good fit for this role.
Ability to work in fast paced, patient-focused environment Interpersonal skills.
Sometimes patients are in pain and/or mental stress.
The Dental Receptionist should be patient and sensitive to patient emotions Outgoing personality with great communication skills required Travel Between Auburn, IN and Fort Wayne, IN Locations Job Type:
