Responsibilities for an Automotive Service Assistant Manager Report to the Service Manager and General Manager ensuring that the service department meets all financial & CSI oriented goals.
Manage warranty repairs & warranty claims so the dealership is paid is timely fashion.
Monitoring the condition and inventories of all tools and maintenance equipment Establishing promotional service prices Ensuring that the department adheres to all company-established and legal guidelines Help to manage staff of Service Advisors, Technicians & Porters Requirements for an Automotive Service Assistant Manager Lexus/Toyota experience a plus but not required Strong customer service skills with proven CSI Proven supervisory skills Excellent communication and organizational capabilities Good motivational and interpersonal abilities We are a drug free environment Valid driver's license required This is a fantastic opportunity with a great organization.
