Job Summary Home Reserve is seeking a customer service representative to serve our customers beyond their wildest expectations.
Your goal will be to attract potential customers by answering product and service questions.
A large part of your day will be to process orders and solve customer problems through solution based tactics.
You will utilize vast product knowledge, while leaning on customer service standards and practices to perform the functions of the job.
The ideal candidate will exhibit strong interpersonal skills that can uphold our core values and ensure every customer walks away with a feeling of satisfaction.
Technical training will be available.
Job Duties & Responsibilities Maintain our high Trustpilot rating by offering a customer service experience that is above and beyond customers expectations.
Respond to Customer Questions:
Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels promptly and professionally.
Address product questions, order status, shipping inquiries, and any other related concerns.
Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer issues with patience, empathy, and a customer-first approach.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and production, to provide timely solutions to customers' problems.
Order Management:
Assist customers in placing new orders, modifying existing ones, and processing returns.
Ensure accuracy in order processing and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Product Knowledge:
Develop an in-depth understanding of Home Reserve's products, their features, and benefits.
Utilize this knowledge to provide personalized product recommendations and suggestions to customers.
Technical Support:
Provide basic technical assistance to customers regarding product assembly, usage, and maintenance.
Customer Feedback:
Actively listen to customer feedback and relay insights to the management team to improve products and customer service processes continually.
Customer Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on the resolution of their concerns.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to enhance the customer's experience.
