This is a Full-time position, Monday - Friday 8-430 or 8:
30-5.
YOU WILL:
- Assist with the opening, processing, barcoding and stowing of returns - Assist with emails, texts and all customer service related inquiries - Count, inspect, bag/tag, and barcode returned items - Update and record payment information and other customer information such as addresses and phone numbers - Provide accurate information about the status of payments, returns and refunds to customers - Assist customers in navigating their online accounts, as well as other website-specific inquiries - Provide clear and actionable feedback to team members with the goal of improving overall customer experience Work Remotely No Job Type:
