In this role you'll serve as the main point of contact between our service department, technicians, service advisors and customers as you issue service tickets and coordinate activity in the department We Offer our Automotive Service Dispatcher:

Responsibilities of an Automotive Service Dispatcher:
Serve as liaison between the service department, technicians, service advisors and customers Work to dispatch repairs to the right technicians Issue service tickets and coordinate activity in the Service department maintain a written log of all dispatch activities Other administrative duties as required Requirements of an Automotive Service Dispatcher:
Dealership experience Nissan and or Infiniti experience is a real plus Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to operate both automatic and standard vehicles Valid driver's license and clean driving record We are a drug free work environment We are an equal opportunity employer This is a fantastic opportunity with a great organization, the Rohrman Automotive Group.
