Patient Care Associate - The Orthopedic Hospital
Job DescriptionFull time.
6 FTE (3 shifts weekly) Evening Shift 3p to 11p Inpatient Floor Sign-On Bonus eligibleJOB SUMMARY Under the supervision of unit leadership and the clinical leadership of a clinical nurse, routinely supports the unit through the provision of basic patient care, clerical and reception services.
MINIMAL ACCEPTABLE JOB QUALIFICATIONSLicensure None required.
Experience No specific experience is required.
Lutheran Health Network Entities will provide formalized training classes; successful completion is required in order to continue employment.
Additional orientation specific to unit responsibilities may also be provided.
Education High school diploma or its equivalent (GED) A minimum of three years of direct patient care experience in a healthcare facility will be accepted in lieu of education.
Registration/Certification:
