Full-time, exempt Under the direction of the HR Director, facilitates strategies which align human capital with the organization's short and long term objectives.
Ensures achievement of strategies/objectives by providing HR leadership that delivers innovative, value-added counsel and services that facilitate the attraction, retention and development of team members.
Supports and promotes the mission, vision and purpose and ambition of the organization through the alignment of the Human Resources department goals with the organization-wide goals and objectives.
Works to continuously improves HR services inclusive of leadership training and support.
Leads project management and data tracking and analysis.
Responsible for compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards associated with Human Resources.
MINIMAL ACCEPTABLE JOB QUALIFICATIONS Registration/Certification/Licensure:
PHR, SHRM-CP or CHHR preferred
Experience:
Minimum of one year of progressively more responsible experience in human resources functions required.
Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or related area.
Master's degree preferred.
JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
1) Demonstrates ability and commitment to customer service, attention to detail, organization, analytical skills, multiple tasking and prioritization skills to promote overall effectiveness of Human Resources programs.
Requires independent judgment and professional responsibility to provide management and constructive feedback to administration, corporate, other departments and internal/external customers.
2) Demonstrates strong working knowledge of state and local employment law and other government compliance regulations, including, FLSA, DOL, Wage & Hour, AAP, Vets-100, etc.
3) Demonstrates working knowledge of payroll and IRS regulations and guidelines.
4) Requires knowledge of continuous quality improvement concepts and philosophy.
5) Demonstrates leadership and group cohesion skills that promote teamwork and group achievement to effectively lead staff in the area of responsibility.
6) Demonstrates working knowledge of the English language, verbal and written.
7) Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills necessary to interact with all internal and external customers.
8) Demonstrates computer skills and effective use of available software and systems.
9) Demonstrates organizational and analytical skill necessary to promote the overall effectiveness of Human Resources programs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
