Summary:
The productions scheduler will create and maintain production schedules in order to ensure that all company goals are achieved and that deadlines are met.
This position requires a strong understanding of the production process and be able to generate and maintain effective daily and weekly schedules.
They post schedules, solve production problems, seek to improve processes, and help fulfill company expectations.
Duties/Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
Answer all production, CSR email daily.
Monitor new customer unit orders throughout the day.
Create and Schedule unit jobs for production assembly line, per customer ship requirement.
Splitting of large quantity unit jobs before releasing.
Release unit jobs to production assemble line daily.
Process unit expedites per customer requirements, production capacity.
Run and repair unit vs job inventory reports.
Adjust or cancel all unit changes per Kinetic error emails.
Link RMA rework jobs, damage/repair units to sales orders.
Re-create details of run-out/go-to jobs, correction for purchasing/engineering.
Monitor and scheduling of warehouse stock units daily.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Good computer key boarding skills, and organizational skills are a must.
Mandatory excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must demonstrate exceptional listening, time management and problem-solving skills.
Must have the ability to deal with multiple tasks at the same time while maintaining attention to detail.
Must be creative and forward thinking when faced with challenges in conjunction with staff.
Attention to detail, Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
Proven high proficiency with Microsoft:
Excel, Word,.
