It is an entry level position designed to prepare you to progress into other production positions in the organization.
Second, while your primary focus will be daily training, this position would also be responsible for support tasks like maintaining cleanliness and order within facilities and assisting production leadership.
You also might assist with our spool program in the warehouse, or in shipping.
