8K a year 6 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago Job Requirements Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of music instruments and pro audio gear is seeking to add a HR Specialist (Total Rewards Specialist) to our growing Human Resources team.
As the Total Rewards Specialist, you will assists with the implementation of Total Rewards initiatives and programs for the company to help attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
You will be responsible for processing wage and salary changes resulting from merit increases, promotions or other job changes, market adjustments and also assists in determining eligibility for participation in compensation programs, such as annual merit increase plans You will also process and monitor Worker's Compensation claims with a third party vendor.
This position will be responsible for completing foundational work for Total Rewards projects such as data entry, reporting, analyzing, and creating presentations.
Monitors company programs for compliance with federal, state, and local legislation.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and governance of Job Accenture through reporting, analysis and presenting data Complete foundational work for compensation & benefits projects such as data entry, reporting, analyzing, and creating presentations Provides training and instruction to Human Resources as appropriate in the day-to-day application of compensation & benefits programs, policies, and procedures Assists and collaborates, as appropriate, in the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of the annual salary review program for regular staff employees Performs quality checks of benefits-related data Assists with the open enrollment process Monitors company programs for compliance with federal, state, and local legislation Process and monitor Worker's Compensation claims with a third party vendor
Qualifications:
3
years of experience in a HR/Total Rewards Specialist role or similar position is preferred Problem-solving skills.
Analytical thinking skills.
Mathematical skills.
