In this role as the Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and administering benefits programs, policies, and procedures (eg.
FMLA, Worker's Compensation & benefits systems updates).
You will also be expected to ensure benefit programs are applied equitably, meet employee needs, and comply with legal requirements.

Responsibilities:
Implements and administers benefit programs, systems, policies, and procedures Conduct employee benefit meetings and discuss benefits in detail of the company's benefit programs Work with benefit carriers in resolving benefit-related issues Ensure all benefit communication in the benefit guide and the employee intranet are up to date Discuss leave of absence options with employees, HR and managers Manages STD/LTD, maternity/paternity programs and ensure various leaves are coordinated with FMLA Coordinate with local company on scheduling of employee health screenings.
Work with employee's on scheduling of health screenings through out the year and complete registration on day of screening.
Develops benefits communications and counsels employees on benefits related issues
Qualifications:
6
years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a large organization Working knowledge of up-to-date and relevant benefit policies and regulations Excellent written and verbal skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Sweetwater Ideal Team-Player WOWs The Customer - Deep passion and desire for creating amazing customer & colleague experiences Gets Things Done - Great work ethic and moves with a sense of urgency Obsesses over the Details - Committed to paying attention to the details Drives Continuous Improvement - Always focusing on effective and efficient work and ways to get better Develops the Future - Committed to pursuit of growing personally & professionally and has a focus on bringing your colleagues along with you on that journey We function best as a unified team, so relocation to our state-of-the-art campus in Fort Wayne, IN is required.
