This position is not a warehouse position, this is a construction/home remodel position.
The ideal candidate will have experience in installing concrete coated floors and should be knowledgeable in the proper preparation and application of various types of coatings.
We're willing to train the right individuals to pursue a career in concrete coatings.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Ability to use large orbital grinder Ability to use 7 hand grinder Ability to use a paint brush with minimal mess Understand measuring units Speak clearly and intelligently Prepare and restore concrete surfaces for coating application Mix and apply coatings of polyurea Follow established safety procedures and use protective equipment Maintain and clean equipment and work area Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and co-workers Requirements:
Entry level with in house training program Knowledge of surface preparation and coating application techniques Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials - 50 lbs up to 150 lbs.
