The Marketing Director serves as a member of the CEO's executive leadership team, providing vision, direction, leadership, execution, and management of all marketing and communications initiatives.
Lead:
Guide the assessment and development of market-informed processes and services that support the Association's objectives.
Create:
Develop new marketing approaches to reach, engage, and retain strategic audiences and stakeholders.
Connect:
Strengthen and foster relationships with the local community as well as all YMCA colleagues to advance the Y and our objectives.
Requirements:
Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne as well as:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, or a related field.

years of experience in positions of increasing responsibilities, with a focus on business-to-consumer marketing strategies and trends.
Five
years of managing, developing, and leading teams.
High-level marketing and brand strategy experience demonstrating innovative and proven revenue and engagement results required.
Ability to be agile when managing multiple high-priority, high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans and measurable results.
Ability to relate and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.
Salary:
Non-exempt, Full-time $85,000 - $95,000Location:
