Responsibilities The Jorgensen Family YMCA is seeking an energetic and responsible part-time Manager on Duty to join our weekend team to maintain the smooth operation of the branch as the supervisor in the absence of the Executive Director and other members of the management team.

Monitor programs and activities, respond to member needs, help with tours, and ensure the safety of the members and security of the facility.
Requirements Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne as well as:
Minimum of 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
Reliable transportation to and from work Demonstrates effective communication and customer service skills.
Attentive to details, organized, able to handle money effectively, and proficient at other clerical and computer skills.
Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.
Salary:
