Job Description:
The Spectral Solutions Division is seeking a Sr Finance Manager to lead the Missile Defense Product Line.
This position will be responsible for leading a team of 7-10 Program Finance Analysts across Florida and Indiana sites in financial forecasting, program financial execution, EVMS, and various ad hoc analyses.
Essential Functions:
Have a strong knowledge of the start-up and execution of new & existing programs as well as proposal development processes and deliverables Routinely engage in discussions with senior leaders across the business Directly manage a staff of program finance professionals and must maintain a ready pipeline of talent to address business growth and turnover Work in a highly dynamic, fast paced environment and will be counted on to provide proactive, strategic input to program managers, as well as functional and executive leadership Advise Program Management on all business-related issues affecting the Programs and maintain a collaborative environment across business functions to facilitate the realization of financial and strategic goals Responsible for earned value management, baseline, and estimate to complete changes.
Oversight of program financials for Orders, Sales, Operating Income, Cash and Working Capital including preparation of financial reports and briefings to leadership Ability to assess and quantify the business risks and opportunities associated with orders, sales, profit, and cash.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance which requires U.
S.
Citizenship.
Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree in Finance or Accounting and a minimum of 12 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with a Master's Degree.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Preferred Additional Skills:
