Saint Anne is seeking an HR Assistant to join the HR department! If you are someone with experience filing, recruiting and orienting new employees, this is the position for you!
Essential Functions:
Maintain employee files Understand employee handbook policies Take an active role in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and orientating new hires Adjust timeclock entries for employees Process electronic and paper documentation for employee Complete interview folders for directors/supervisors File pertinent data in personnel files on a weekly basis Complete employee verifications, work references and interrogatories as needed Use HRIS to compile HR reports Process paperwork for active and terminated employees Conduct New Hire Orientation every two weeks
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Further education in business/accounting or related field preferred.
HRIS, Microsoft
Experience:
Minimum of two years administrative, HR, or Payroll experience Proficient in Computer skills including:
Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with co-workers, residents and families both written and orally Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
