com Job Description Oberlin Marketing is seeking a House Agent to provide a high level of support to the company's recruiting department.
This position will play an integral role in the success of our agents.

Responsibilities:
Direct Sales Compliantly serve and support Oberlin Marketing house accounts in new sales, as well as renewal efforts annually.
Compliantly care for referrals from Oberlin agent Compliantly care for referral business from agents in areas of life & health insurance markets:
Medicare Marketplace / individual health Life Insurance Other markets as competency are proven and capacity is available Perform risk-analysis for current clients and inform clients about solutions they would benefit from.
Plan, execute, and follow up on direct-to-consumer sales efforts to grow service footprint of OM house accounts.
Serve as a beta test department for marketing efforts before rolling out to agents in mass.
Oversee leads distribution and follow up for OM downlines, ensuring that leads are properly pursued.
Experience:
Experience in Sales highly preferred.
Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of agent support experience (a plus) Previous Insurance or financial experience is preferred Must be comfortable communicating over the phone.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Self-Driven, Shows initiative and a sense of urgency.
Conveys an upbeat, positive attitude while always maintaining professionalism.
Adaptation to changing business operations.
Ability to work with a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written Strong customer service skills Required:
Health and Life Licenses required or be willing to get licensed within 60 days of hire.
