A typical day involves assisting our customers with registering for library cards, answering general questions, checking library materials in and out, and providing computer and technical assistance.

Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent One (1) year of customer service OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Compensation & Benefits Starting pay is $12.
73 per hour and up based on related and comparable work experience Access to a Flexible Spending Account Employee Assistance Program Two weeks of vacation accrual One week pro-rated paid sick leave Pro-rated holiday pay Voluntary Term Life, Critical Illness and Accident insurance options 457b deferred compensation option Free parking Physical Demands Mobility to work in an office setting, use standard office equipment and stamina to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time; strength to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and push carts that may weigh up to 100 pounds; agility to bend, reach and climb; vision to read printed materials and computer screens; and hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone.
