General maintenance including wall repair, painting and carpet cleaning; Basic plumbing repairs and maintenance; Basic electrical repairs and maintenance; Meeting transportation needs of the community, as needed; General maintenance to meet compliance requirements.
MINIMUM REQUIRED
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid Driver's License in good standing OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Working knowledge of basic maintenance functions; Strong customer service orientation; Comfortable working with senior population; Ability to work a flexible schedule including on-call rotation The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
