Biggs Property Management is looking for a full time maintenance technician to work at our properties located in Fort Wayne, IN.
Skills/experience required in a maintenance position, doing basic repairs on plumbing, electric, drywall etc.

Excellent Customer service & time management skills plus the ability to work independently.
Must exhibit attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, cooperation, dependability, a concern for others, integrity, self-control, stress tolerance, good communication skills, troubleshooting, active listening, sound decision making ability and initiative to take on responsibilities and challenges.
Must demonstrate the knowledge of mechanical skills, safety and problem solving techniques.
Must be able to present a valid driver's license.
Need own tools and reliable transportation, ability to work flexible hours, including emergency calls.
