Who are we looking for? The Director of Agent Services must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
The right person for this position will be friendly and outgoing with a strong desire to help and serve others.
The Agent Services Director will assist the Team Leaders with agent intake and exit processes and be seen as the go-to person for all the agents within the Market Center.
This person should be a self-starter that is comfortable taking charge with little to no supervision.
The Director of Agent Services must be able move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their agent's needs in a timely manner.

Essential duties and responsibilities Front Desk services - greeting, providing assistance and responding to calls and questions from:
clients, agents, management, co-brokers, and guests of the brokerage Provide high-level concierge service provider for clients and agents Serve as the expert for all questions and services, referring agents to the best internal resource for each Work closely with Market Center Leadership during recruitment, on-boarding and retention activities.
Onboarding Liaison.
Manage and guide all new agents through the process of onboarding.
Develop a system and track metrics:
ie how many care calls a month, to support on-boarding goals Supervise, train, lead and hold accountable up to 4 direct reports including the Director of First Impressions, Director of Communication and Virtual support assistant through weekly team meetings and 1-on-1's.
Follow established, and continuously improve our systems to stay ahead and on top of agent and market center activities at all times.
Work closely with Team Leaders and Market Center Administrators Train in the Market Center monthly on a variety of topics.
Examples:
CRM and Command Tech, Compliance, 201 Contacts, Designs, Newsletters (follow the KWRI options) Liaison with preferred vendors and service providers for participation in office programs Build a passive revenue stream for the Market Centers through select vendor sponsorships.

Experience:
