Currently, the hotel is seeking to fill the following position(s):
Maintenance Technician The experienced person we select will have a hands on role responding to maintenance needs and performing maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities of our maintenance team include responding to maintenance needs in hotel guestrooms and public areas, doing preventive maintenance on the facilities and equipment, as well as working on special projects to keep up and enhance the facility.
Work will range from painting to basic plumbing, furniture touch up and fixtures repair to laundry and kitchen equipment maintenance, and everything else needed to keep the hotel in great shape.
A general understanding of basic maintenance tools and procedures is a must, prior experience in a similar position a plus.
