At Vision Scapes and Lawnganics, we are looking for a full-time team member to join our leading lawn care fertilization crew for this coming 2022 season.
We have an incredible customer base of loyal customers who have become our friends over the years.

We take pride in our work and equip our crew with up-to-date and modern equipment to help make your job easy and enjoyable.
A few primary tasks for this role include but are not limited to:
Measuring, mixing, and applying fertilizers to residential and commercial lawns.
Treating weeds and performing applications based on provided program schedule.
Operate machinery for fertilizing and overseeding applications.
Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
Maintain an efficient route and professional appearance.
Perform lawn analysis collection for third party testing.
Occasionally interacting with customer and helping them with their questions.
Identifying and diagnosing lawn problems along with recommendations for correction.
Work outside in varying weather conditions.
If you are certified by the Indiana State Chemist as a Registered Fertilizer Technician with Core Test, or have a certification of a 3B category for Turf Management, great, apply today! Starting wages vary (depending on experience).
