years' experience leading a variety of product design and development activities. Your opportunities include leading the engineering efforts for various Pontoons including components, systems, assemblies, & master model architecture. You'll have responsibility from concept to production and will follow the Brunswick product development process and timeline. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop and optimize pontoon components & systems for the marine market lead complex and high visibility projects though all phases of new product development help provide vision for efficient product solutions across the product line coordinate efforts as necessary between all functions of the business opportunistically serve as subject-matter expert (SME) on relevant systems participate in the ECN / ECR Process as needed establish, update, and manage Bills of Material contribute and lead problem solving activities - including co-development of FMEAs support system-level boat testing and validation of components track cost against an established target cost throughout the product development cycle adhere to best DFMA principles in your designs create partnerships with suppliers to enhance design solutions maintain a strong CI / VA / VE mindset to maximize consumer value identify and manage risk, engaging others when you need help manage projects successfully from start to finish travel less than 15% per year collaborate effectively with your team as well as cross-functionally provide work direction to team members as needed EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required 5
years of experience in design and development in marine, powersports, off-road or auto industries. Lean Manufacturing exposure would be a plus Must have significant experience working with technical, cross-functional teams Strong skills in 3D CAD/ SolidWorks and PDM DEMONSTRATED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must be well organized and have excellent interpersonal skills Must have an ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels Must have above average verbal, written, and presentation communication skills-engaging all levels of the organization Must be a self-starter capable of working both independently, as well as part of a team Must have a demonstrated ability to manage projects to successful completion Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office software. A working knowledge of project management and related software, e.g. Microsoft Project, is essential Must be willing to work more than 40 hours per week periodically to assure timely completion of critical projects Working knowledge of Bill of Materials systems would be very beneficial PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, see, sit, and use arms, hands and fingers to key and maneuver a mouse on a PC system. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp and move a variety of materials. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. The noise level in the office work environment is low to moderate. The employee will frequently be exposed to a heavy manufacturing work environment that includes high noise level and exposure to chemical vapors, moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, vibration and electricity. $80K -- $100K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
