The Account Executive will manage relationships with clients in a professional manner to meet or exceed client needs. Must be able to bring a consultative approach when dealing with clients and offer Broadridge solutions where needed. Act as a liaison between clients and the Broadridge product group when requesting new development or customization. Required to provide support inter departmentally in areas of expertise. Work Mode:
This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with clients; ask for their feedback and provide feedback to the rest of the organization for purpose of improving the quality of service Ensure client happiness Responsible for client renewals Answer the clients' questions and ensure their problems are resolved, conduct follow-up tasks. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers within the organization Ensure that clients know to use the products/services and aid when necessary Sell improvements Escalation points for special projects Understanding and resolving processing issues including answering daily inquiries from assigned clients on current product functions in a timely manner Need to understand assigned client's current business model across all business units and any potential solutions to assist in their day-day business Responsible for maintaining up to date working knowledge on current & new solutions, future releases and improvements of all products and services Responsible for meeting with assigned clients on a regular basis to discuss outstanding issues and upcoming projects Manage projects Update Management on issues and escalate as required Recognize the roles of responsibility, authority, and accountability Schedule and lead regular staff meetings Maintain good working relationships throughout the organization Knowledge of the industry and trends
Qualifications:
Business Degree or equivalent industry experience Minimum 3 years industry experience Excellent time management, communications, leadership and decision-making skills Ability to mentor/coach staff Ability to negotiate effectively internally and externally #LI-Remote Disability Assistance
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
